Exclusive – You agree to work solely with us in true partnership. We act as a brand ambassador for you, conduct all first-stage interviews and produce qualified shortlists in a reasonable time frame. Most of our clients choose this way and the repeat business is proof that it works well for everyone.
Retained – You pay a small commitment fee upfront which is deducted from the final invoice when we are successful in finding you someone. This works well for VP / Director / C-Suite positions where discretion is key and the talent pool is small.
RPO – You can choose to completely outsource your recruitment function for a set period. You can pay a fixed monthly fee and use my services for unlimited roles. This can work effectively if I can visit your site and work closely with hiring managers across the business.
